Job Title: Estate Planning Paralegal

Location: The Law Office of Van Fossen & Stolz, P.A.

Job Description: Seeking full-time Estate Planning Paralegal.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with managing cases from intake to completion
• Schedule signings, consultations and follow up appointments
• Assist in drafting documents
• Prepare and file documents with courts
• Schedule hearings and communicate with JA and clerks offices
• Act as a liaison to clients and other professionals regarding cases

Qualifications:
• Paralegal Certificate
• Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Compassionate demeanor in working with the elderly

Administrative Assistant

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description: Seeking full-time Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain good client relationships through email, telephone, virtual, and/or in-person meetings
Coordinate and schedule meetings with client, courts, and internal staff
Organize and maintain case files in paper and/or electronic filing systems including filing, scanning and copying.
Ability to draft correspondence using proper grammar and instruction
Assist multiple departments with administrative tasks
E-file pleadings and orders for Court; order certified copies from court
Maintain attorneys and paralegal calendars
Maintain time entries for all case activities in firm selected case management software.

Qualifications:

Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management abilities
Advanced working knowledge of office computers, equipment, and software programs
Strong word processing skills; knowledge of databases
Able to work both independently and as part of team
Possesses a professional attitude in demeanor and presentation
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
